Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Reliable Satellite Net, we are committed to delivering dependable satellite internet services and providing a fair and transparent experience for all our customers. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Service Cancellation

You may request to cancel your internet service plan at any time by contacting our customer support team. The following terms apply:

  • Monthly Plans: If you are on a month-to-month plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused service days.

  • Prepaid Plans: If you prepaid for multiple months, cancellations will apply at the end of the current month. Refunds for remaining months are subject to eligibility (see below).

  • Installation Fees: Any one-time setup or installation fees are non-refundable once services have been activated.


2. Equipment Return & Refunds

Customers are responsible for returning any leased or rented equipment in good condition. Refund eligibility is based on the following:

  • Equipment must be returned within 30 days of service cancellation

  • Equipment must be in working order and undamaged

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection and may be reduced for missing or damaged components

Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel service before activation and equipment has not yet shipped

  • A valid technical issue prevents service from functioning and cannot be resolved

  • You qualify for a money-back guarantee as outlined in your service agreement (if applicable)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Interruptions caused by weather, terrain, or external factors

  • Customer-requested early termination after activation

  • Missed billing disputes after 30 days from the transaction date


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel Service

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email

  2. Provide your account information and reason for cancellation

  3. Follow the equipment return instructions (if applicable)

  4. Allow up to 7–10 business days for refund processing after return and confirmation
